Peter has worked for technology vendors and mining companies on their mining technology deployment and strategies for 25 years. Peter joined Teck in 2011 and has been focused on decarbonisation since 2018. As the Manager, Mobile Fleet Decarbonization, Peter is currently responsible for identifying, validating and implementing low- and zero-emission solutions for all classes of equipment across Teck's operations. Peter thrives on driving innovation not just into Teck, but also into the broader industry through collaborative initiatives such as the International Council of Mining & Metals and Global Mining Guidelines Group.
