Nicole started her career with Synergy as a subject matter expert in WR Motor SRC drive technology, designing drive systems for mining applications worldwide. Progressing through technical sales and management roles, she now leads a world-class team of EI&C engineers specialising in the design and global delivery of large materials handling projects. In 2020, she was the recipient of the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Innovation Award, Women of Influence and has since participated in various speaking engagements to promote Women in STEM, in addition to her ongoing technical presentations. In her spare time, she volunteers for a variety of organisations, and is currently the Vice Chair of IEEE PCIC Mining Committee.
