Max Luedtke has over 20 years of experience in mining and mineral processing industries. A Swedish national, Max has built his career with ABB over 25 years and across various roles in engineering, project management, sales and senior global management in Process Automation.

Alongside his team, he works to build the electric, connected and automated mine, transforming mining operations to drive a safe, sustainable and profitable future for customers and ultimately create sustainable progress for the mining industry, as well as the earth it relies on.

He holds a degree in electrical engineering with a specialty on industrial automation from the Institute of Technology of the University of Lund in Sweden, and a MBA in general management from University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
