Jose Bueno is a Senior Mining Engineer that has been working in the mining & metallurgical sectors since 1998. He has more than 15 years of international experience in Latin America and North America, related to greenfield and brownfield projects for open-pit and underground mines, with responsibilities including all aspects of management and advisory; scoping, pre-feasibility and feasibility of the projects; mine rehabilitation; production & blast design; long-, medium- and short-term planning; cost & resource optimisation; mine safety; ventilation; paste fill & ground support; environmental compliance; and the verification of quality standards and procedures. He recently took up the role of Equipment Sales Director at Aramine, looking to expand the company’s equipment footprint across the globe.
