Jim Andriotis is the Head of Innovation at Cavotec and is responsible for ensuring that customer challenges and needs drive the changes and developments within the business. With almost 20 years of experience in electrification technologies, his career has been focused on ports, maritime and off-road industrial markets. Jim carries a background in Mechanical Engineering and has had the opportunity to be involved in product management, project management and now leading the innovation activities globally.

Jim is a member of the Port Equipment Manufacturer’s Association technical committee as well as being involved in industry standards groups (CharIn, SAE, EUROCAE, IEEE) to drive the implementation of clean technologies. He is also a frequent speaker at major trade events on the topic of electrification for industrial applications.
