As Senior Global Technical Advisor – Energy Management Solutions at Cummins Power Generation, Hassan focuses on technical vision, business strategy and solving a wide range of complex problems including microgrids and hydrogen applications. Since joining Cummins in 2007, Hassan has worked in a variety of roles: design engineering, project engineering and applications engineering.

Hassan has deep expertise in designing power systems involving switchgear, controls, transfer switches, generators, renewable energy sources, energy storage and microgrids. He has developed and conducted technical power seminars on several topics involving paralleling and power systems. Hassan received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
