Enrique is the Technology Fleet Manager for Heavy Equipment at Glencore Copper and is responsible for the studies and implementation of transformational technology such as autonomy, decarbonisation and vehicle interaction, defining the strategy and roadmap for the group across its copper assets.

Enrique is Chilean and has worked in the mining industry both domestically and internationally, including assignments in Australia and the US. He has held roles in operations, improvement, studies and project execution, including the implementation of four autonomy projects and the operations of an AHS program. Enrique is now focused on two key challenges: autonomy and decarbonisation.
