Alexey Shalashinski is a mining engineer who graduated from Tallinn University of Technology and holds an MBA from Tartu University in Estonia. Alexey has been involved in various projects in the mining industry for more than 20 years, on  services, consulting, and lately, digital transformation. At TALPA, Alexey is responsible for business development. This involves both scaling up the implementation of already developed platform features as well as finding various applications of the "end-to-end" machine data management and analytics solutions, enhancing digital workflows and the efficiency of operations.
